ALERT: ALL CARRIERS MUST HAVE TWIC CARDS
TO HAUL LOADS IN & OUT OF U.S. PORTS 
 
This is an alert to inform you of the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) program.

A TWIC card is a government issued identification credential that will be required of anyone, including truck drivers, wishing to enter U.S. ports, maritime facilities or vessels.

Below is a schedule of upcoming dates for when individual ports will begin requiring TWIC cards. All U.S. ports will require them by April 15, 2009.

As an approved TQL carrier, we want to be sure you and your drivers are aware of the TWIC program and encourage you to take the steps now to become TWIC compliant.
