" The Courts:Paid Professionals At Their Play Acting Best!"

Recently I have exercised the  right of battling a trio of alleged motor violations the past year in our nation's estimable, revenue-driven and  commercial  courts.I consider it a blessing.Being both a meticulous researcher and animated fighter, I have unearthed some gems.

 

Today's courts are painfully unlawful and comically farcical.There is an unspoken alliance  between the judge and the prosecution to find the defendant guilty.You can tell this if you spend any time observing the proceedings.The livelihood of the actors involved  depends upon it, so despite the best  efforts at  feigning justice, there will never be a time when the majority of offenses  do not result in a "GUILTY" verdict.

 

They need to make it look good! Let me put it in terms every American is sure to comprehend:Style & pretense over substance.Straight from the Bill Clinton School Of Theater.He and Bush One run the "academy", as I call it.Top flight for those considering a career in politics,courts, government, even television evangelism.

 

The judge, bailiff,court clerk, guards, local constabulary,police, town employees and your very community all hinge upon  the following:

Making new laws they know citizens will  break, making everything illegal, collecting fines, issuing permits and sending folks (all  with a bond attached to them) to the slammer.this is called job security.Loyalty is to the courts first, self next and then the people.

 

It is all about the money.Period.

Never think it is otherwise.

Ever.

 

I saw "The Sting" last month and was  bemused by how authentic Paul Newman and his crafty cast of kinsmen  made those horse races appear, not unlike the "Man behind the curtain" of  Oz repute.

 

They make it look surprisingly legitimate.

But it simply isn't.

 

Otherwise none of it would ever fly.

It is highly Luciferian and antithetical to our Christian underpinnings as a nation.

 

But   Americans by and large( and when I say 'large' --man--I mean it.What obesity surrounds me.I feel like a candlepin  at the local bowl-a-drome waiting my fate to be struck down as part of someone's 'perfect game'.Have another fried twinkie,Mr. and Mrs. John Q. Public) are apathetic, dumbed down to the most elemental level, arrogant, and follow their wicked ways to  the soul's perdition.No thank you.

 

Which is precisely the plan.

 

The Act of 1871 invalidated the organic constitution in the  days of the  Reconstruction Era,sold our country to international bankers( still the case),literally incorporated the United States(USA INC) and courts became centers for commerce.

 

They still are.

There are no common law courts today, which our forefathers provided for us.

 

Have you ever seen courts pay people when they are found innocent?

What about compensating them for their time?

Courts do  not have an "accounts payable" division.

Only accounts receivable.

It is designed that way.

They are taking your money.

No one ever leaves the court richer when they depart.

I didn't need a wheel barrow when I left.

Your wallet will always be lighter.

Don't you feel better now?

Ponder it, reader.

 

They don't WANT you to know anything.

But maybe you like it that way. 

 

The police, prosecution ,security, lawyers and the judge are being paid by the taxpayers as they all study their lines and perform the roles appointed to them by the Director.Some will sit  quietly , nervously awaiting their cases to be heard.Others are present as fill-ins and extras for the grander scenes.

 

Does the defendant  receive compensation?

Do YOU get a check when you stop at the clerk's window on the way out?

 

The fringed flag in all courts of USA INC. indicates Admiralty( or Military)Law.

The constitution, Bill Of Rights( state and Fed) became suspended because of this 'Act of 1871' and its detrimental consequences to the average citizen  were and remain cataclysmic.

 

 This essentially  means judges commit treason merely by presiding over every session.The old penalty for treason was hanging.The US Service Code calls for  a year in jail and a $1,000.00 fine for all paid members of the court.

 I think that is rather light.

 

And yet despite swearing to "uphold the Constitution" , they let it down simply by walking onto that murky field of play for another game.

 

Not unwittingly or naively,these judges serve as Orchestral Directors for the  'Symphony of the Satanic' on a judicial level.

 

And yet  THEY sit in judgement over me for alleged "speed infractions" or for some kid whose only crime  was that he snuck a cigarette?

All such fines, permits, court-ordered programs  and the like rob us of both liberty and coin.

It is a merry-go-round or treadmill.Cash keeps it moving.

 

"For the Love of Money is the root of all evil" said Jesus.

 

And boy do the courts, drug companies,"non-profit' hospitals, mental health agencies , mega-corporations, the blood -thirsty, bullying,war-mongering  federal government all worship at the altar of  "The Green Goddess" and Golden Calf.

 

What is  purported to be a center for law and justice is instead  a cash cow  for state and local municipalities.

What a motherlode of moolah, eh?

 

It is a carefully- crafted plan to collect income and transfer wealth.The result is that you and I will be  impoverished while the major players line their own pockets, are granted generous pensions at our expense, and perpetuate gross injustice upon the American people.

 

But for entertainment purposes  the courts( pardon the double entendre)" can't be beat."

You must laugh a this  drama, convince yourself that it is a comedy in order to keep from losing both hope and your mind.

 

In court, meanwhile,you do not want to enter any plea.When you do, you literally become a slave( forbidden under the 13th amendment) and surrender your sovereignty, which you are guaranteed according to Article 7 of the state constitution.

your name in all capital letters means you are a corporation.When you sign a plea and walk into court, you are agreeing with the court that you are a 'vivid personification'( fiction) and that you are not living soul.The Affidavit asserts you are NOT that fiction, but  rather the living, breathing soul of flesh and blood that God made you.This is critical.Do not bend on it.Stand on your rights or you are a serf for the system which cares not for your well being.

 

To them you are a pawn.Play along, and you may live.Contest proceedings as I have done, and suffer the dire consequences of a wrathful Governor Of the Court.  

 

If you are there under "threat, duress, and coercion(as I was)", bring your  notarized ''affidavit of corporate denial'' with you.This is your ticket to freedom,a life boat to safety, and essentially your only hope among a coven of demons. 

 

They are masters of their craft.

So believable.Serious.Properly attired.The legal lexicon.The pageantry.The mystery.The choreography.The dialogue.

 

The fraud!

 

I would like to see it in opera, myself. It is very convincing.

 

The best thing of all is that is free.If the rising prices of  family outings leave you  a little down and scurrying for   reasonably-priced alternatives,I have just the elixir.

 

Make thee  haste to your local public court( or Superior Ct. if you want to see the Big Leagues in action) and sit in on a few sessions. No admission fee taken.

 

We Scottish clans love a bargain.Parsimonious and proud of it!

 

The  drawback, though,  is they don't serve popcorn, soda or cotton candy,  no face painting that I could see( maybe some ladies fixing their faces with  eye shadow and lipstick)  or mimes.

 

But bearded ladies  you just may  see.

Especially  here in New Hampshire.

 

As for clowns, well, when you enter the court room..... look straight ahead. If you are  coming in a bit tardy,he or she will be sitting perched upon "the Bench," adorned in a black robe( now isn't black the color of Satan?.Hmmm.Gosh.That's right.It is.), and in days of yore sported a  fancy wig.

 

They like you to stand when they enter the court room.These beings prefer to be  addressed as "Your Honor".

Anyway. These are your clowns......court jesters in the fittest sense of the word.--

 

But for shear delight and a morning ( mourning?) filled with  chuckles and side splitting , tear -inducing ,old fashioned fun,  a day in court  is just the remedy for  all this diluvial activity we have been receiving lately.Enough is enough, already!No more, please.

 

Oh, they have matinees also.

Same great price.Kids are free.

 

Certainly Shakespeare  would  marvel at the these characters if only he could be  translated to the year 2006 and witness for himself.......

the penultimate drama and comedy interwoven........

in  today's  commercial courts of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,INCORPORATED.
