REPENT AMERICA UPDATE 9/24/06

Dear Friends,

I want to thank all of you for your prayers and support concerning the latest attempt, this time in Chicago, to shut down this ministry from publicly
proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I previously wrote to you about what happened at the Closing Ceremony of Chicago's "Gay Games." It was at this event
that I was assaulted by an officer, arrested, and jailed for eight hours for holding a sign on a public sidewalk, which read, "Jesus said: Marriage = One Man +
One Woman," and cited Matthew 19:4-6.

As a follow-up to the last update, I returned to Chicago on August 30 for a court appearance. During the hearing, an alleged °complaining witness," who
reportedly is a homosexual man from Texas, failed to appear. Normally, charges are dismissed at this point. The prosecutor, however, told the judge that she
will be pursing the case regardless of whether or not the alleged accuser appears for trial. In order to do this, the prosecution will seek to amend the
complaint to exclude the alleged accuser and present the case based on the testimony of the °arresting officer." Interestingly enough, the "arresting officer,"
who appeared at the hearing, was not the officer who made the arrest. After hearing argument, the judge refused to dismiss the case, and it is now headed to a
jury trial.

I ask that you would continue to pray that God would be glorified in the legal proceedings surrounding this case. Please also pray for my criminal defense
attorney, Thomas Brejcha, who has been working to have the case dismissed. The next hearing date is scheduled for October 4.

Meanwhile, the Repent America website was attacked, but thankfully, much of it has been recovered from backup. In addition, I have been receiving numerous
profane and threatening messages and have had property stolen. Despite these further attacks by the enemy, we are gearing up for ministry outreaches in New
York City, NY, Atlantic City, NJ, West Chester, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Virginia, and are also preparing for our Pennsylvania pro-life evangelism tour, as well
as our Halloween outreach in Salem, MA next month.

Gospel, will be distributed to 10,000 people.
