OLD FASHIONED COMMUNIST PLANS STILL IN USE

In 1919, in Dusseldorf, Germany, a document was captured entitled "rule for revolution"

in part quoted here.

A.   Corrupt the young, get them away from religion, get them interested in sex, make them superficial, destroy their ruggedness.

B.    Get control of all forms of publicity and thereby.

     1.  Get peoples minds off of their government by focusing their attention on

such things as athletics, sexy books and plays, and other trivialities.

         2.  Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on cont-

              roversial matters of no importance.

         3.  Destroy the peoples faith in their natural leaders by holding the later up

              to contempt, ridicule and obloquy.

         4.  Always preach true democrocy but seize power at every opportunity, as

              fast and ruthlessly as possible.

         5.  By encouraging government extravagance, destroy its credit, produce

fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.

         6.  Forment unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorder

and foster a lenient and soft attitude on the part of government toward

              such disorder.

         7.  By specious augment cause the breakdown of old moral virtues;

honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word, and rugged-

              ness.

         8.  Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext with the view of

confiscation of them to leave the population helpless.
