The Federal Government in Washington, D. C. under the Presidency of George W. Bush is closing strategic military bases. Why? What is behind these base closings? Can Americans know what is behind these closings, and how it will affect them?
China and Russia, avowed enemies of the United States, are building their military machines at an unprecedented rate. WHY? WHY? WHY? In the 1930s Russia’s Military School laid out a plan to disarm America. In summary they said they would pretend to collapse. The U.S. would buy into their deceit. The Communists would make unheard of concessions. They would resume trade with the Communists. The U.S. would leap at another chance to be friends. When we disarmed, they would smash us with their clenched fist.
        But how would they begin to disarm America? The Communists failed to get the U.S. involved in the League of Nations after World War I. This organization was to become their world government. They got busy to create circumstances for the Second World War. Out of its rubble was to emerge the United Nations’ Organization.
        Ever since we joined the United Nations, our Federal Government became committed to a “Program for General and Complete Disarmament” of our nation in accord with the United Nations’ Charter. The small government book entitled Blueprint for the Peace Race tells the whole story. The abridged version of this small book is called: “Freedom from War - The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World” [State Department Publication No. 7277].
        State Department Publication No. 7277 was compiled as a shortened version of Blueprint for the Peace Race, so John F. Kennedy could pass it out to U.N. members when he spoke to the United Nations in 1961. The purpose for this handout was to persuade other nations to give their support and also disarm in three stages. It took six and one-half months longer to complete this small disarmament booklet. It unveils the REASON why current President George W. Bush has ordered more bases to be closed by the Base Realignment and Closing Commission. “Redevelopment” is being used to minimize economic consequences of these closings.
        Not all bases will be closed. Only those bases which are to be used by the U.N. WORLD ARMY will be allowed to stay open. These bases are being TRANSFORMED and REALIGNED for approval of the International Disarmament Organization. The International Disarmament Organization is a MAJOR ARM of the United Nations. This process is being called the “transformation” of the U.S. military.
        Does President George W. Bush know about the “Blueprint for the Peace Race?” Yes, he refers to it all the time, but he uses double speak so the public will not know what he is really doing! His latest round of ordered military base closings is not for cutting military expenses. If he wanted to cut expenses, he could withdraw from Iraq. He appointed The Base Realignment and Closing Commission to facilitate the TRANSFORMATION of all the military bases of the United States FROM use by national armed forces TO the exclusive use by INTERNATIONAL FORCES OF THE U.N. WORLD ARMY!!!

        How long has this planned disarmament been going on? President John F. Kennedy signed the General and Complete Disarmament Law, known as Public Law 87-297. JFK made a speech at the United Nations on September 25, 1961, asking for global acceptance of the plan. He presented to every U.N. member a copy of State Department Publication No. 7277. The very next day, on September 26, 1961, Congress passed the plan as Public Law 87-297. Kennedy signed it as future policy for ALL succeeding presidents.
        In December of 1989 George W. Bush’s father, the President George Herbert Walker Bush, signed another disarmament law to increase and make more binding Public Law 87-297. It was called Public Law 101-216. By the time this P.L. 101-216 is carried to a conclusion, there will be NO more national armed forces to protect us from a U.N. world army: NO more Army, Marines, Navy, or Air Force! By the end of Stage III, our military and its bases will ALL be transformed into a major part of an international “world army.”
        This will put an END to our Constitution, Bill of Rights, national sovereignty, our liberty, and our Declaration of Independence. HAVE WE CAUGHT ON YET? OUR REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT IS BEING OVERTHROWN!!!
