This is HOT - just found the government person that knew how the Quotas (bounty hunting requirements) are established for the Child Enforcement Folks and he sent this to me.

This is the source of the Quota system (bounty hunting) for the kidnapping of Children, holding the Children for ransom requiring the parent(s) to complete the Case Plans, which changes as required to keep the correct number of Children within the quotas for $$$; and, then adopting out a certain percentage of children with $$$$ exchanged by the Children Enforcement folks in your STATE. This is the source of the % of children that is acceptable to be abused sexually or physically - government sponsored crimes against CHILDREN. In the YMCA Contract excerpt attached, you will see that 5% is acceptable to be abused sexually or physically. This one out of every 20 children minimum that is fed to the pedophiles, homosexuals, etc. with many being associated with the government in one way or the other - being supported by federal dollars and state dollars. All of the States, troopers, MUNI cops, DCF folks, assembly persons, legislators, judges, mayors, governors, etc. are in on this - especially after having notice - who will fight to expose these horrible crimes against the youngest and defenseless, the Children of America.

As stated, I have attached an excerpt from the YMCA contract in Florida that gives the overview of the % system - every state MUST use this to get the $$$$$ promised by the feds. Of course none will admit to this, but being persistent with this information will expose these criminal actions with these public records in support.

Only in America do we kidnap children for money, ransom them off under the guise of a Case Plans administered by and with the help of "Independent Contractors" (yes, right in the contracts of Florida - YMCA and even the Sheriff is an "independent contractor") with the court system bound by Contract with Cooperative Agreements for $$$ (yep, the pretend judge is bought and paid for to PERFORM for $$$ for the Court System that employs him - this makes him an "independent contractor" also) that has quotas changing as required to keep the proper number of children kidnapped to get the $$$$ [usually Article VI of the cooperative agreement for the courts] and then adopting out the REQUIRED % to get more $$$$$ and giving money to the people that adopt children ONLY to Florida Employees (regular folks exempted don't get the $$$$ for adoption) either $5,000 or $10,000 per head - depends on the quality of the merchandise (slaves, i.e. the children - sold into servitude of a different family for attitude and social engineering of the government employes).

I am working on an expose with documents to expose this in Florida and then I will get finished, Alaska will also be exposed - fought this for several years in Alaska and couldn't quite understand how it was accomplished - now I know. Alice Brown had a one year old baby girl abused - who would do this to a young baby girl - the State of Alaska did absolutely nothing -typical.
