CITIZENS RULE BOOK STATES YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY INCOME TAXES

You have proof now that you do not have to pay income tax. The following is from the "Citizens Rule Book" (CRB) available from the sender of this message.

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law, which violates the Constitution, to be valid. This is to the point stated as follows.

(CRB) Page 7, Paragraph 2, "All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

(CRB) Page 7, Paragraph 3 "Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda vs Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491

From the "Citizens Rule Book", page 39 – 3^rd paragraph. "No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration hereinbefore directed to be taken.

(CRB) Page 55 – Article XVI – The Bill Of Rights, the first sentence "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived." A direct violation of page 39 – 3^rd paragraph noted above, which is from the Constitution. Therefore UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

One more item. President Ronald Reagan stated that all the Income Tax money only pays the interest on the National Debt. Not one nickel goes into the U.S. Treasury for the good of the American people.

Why is it that every President of the United States that did anything to eliminate the Federal Reserve System (FED), paid for it with their life? President Lincoln fought the Civil War with the Lincoln Greenback, bypassed the bankers and their atrocious interest rates, and was assassinated. President Kennedy, bypassed the FED, and paid with his life. President Ronald Reagan reported the income tax is for payment of the interest only on the national debt, not one nickel goes into the U.S. Treasury for the American people. An attempt was made on his life, but he managed to escape.

From the "American Free Press", In the year 2003, in Memphis, a Federal Express pilot by the name of Vernie Kuglin, as reported in the American Free Press, dealt a blow to the IRS when the jury acquitted her for non=filing charges, despite the fact that she earned a six-figure wage. She asked the court and the jury to show her the law that required her to pay income tax. They could not, as there is none!

You can use the same defence she did by stating that you would pay the tax after you were shown the law that states the individual American must pay the income tax. This is all explained in the "Citizens Rule Book".

The "Citizens Rule Book" has the procedures by which the American people can return our country to the intended way the Founders gave us. A government "OF, FOR AND BY THE PEOPLE".
