In this email update:

1.  Mother with 9-year-old son charged with assault and battery after reacting
to sexual-laced verbal attack by homosexual activist - outside State House at
June 14 Marriage Amendment vote.

2.  Update on Parents Rights Bill: "Pro-family" legislators who caved in to
homosexual activists still won't support Parents Rights Bill -- after bowing to
pressure and removing their names as co-sponsors. Some now planning to re-write
bill to compromise with homosexual lobby! TAKE ACTION!

3.  Next on the homosexual movement's list: Repeal of Massachusetts "1913 Law"
banning marriages to out-of-state couples if that marriage would be illegal in
their home state. Watch out, America!

4.  Major Massachusetts pro-family figure assesses Marriage movement,
Constitutional Convention, & Gov. Romney.

"The same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought

are
still at issue...the belief that the rights of man come not
from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.
We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution."

- John F. Kennedy, inaugural address

=== 1.  Mother with 9-year-old son charged with assault and battery
after reacting to sexual-laced verbal attack by homosexual activist - outside
State House at June 14 Marriage Amendment vote.   ===

Woman was targeted, set up, and provoked because of sign she

held. Now faces outrageous criminal charge.

Diane Steele, a mother from western Massachusetts, came to the Constitutional
Convention with her 9-year-old son on June 14 along with hundreds of others to
hold a sign and support the Marriage Amendment. Soon after the vote was
announced, a homosexual activist went across the street, stood right next to
her, and began a vicious sexually-laced attack against Diane. He had a friend
right there to take pictures. When Diane instinctively slapped him, the Boston
police lunged at her, handcuffed at her, and she spent 5 hours in jail before
being charged with this absurd "crime."

=== 2.  Update on Parents Rights Bill: "Pro-family" legislators who
caved in to homosexual activists still won't support Parents Rights Bill --
after bowing to pressure and removing their names as co-sponsors. Some now
planning to re-write bill to compromise with homosexual lobby! TAKE ACTION! ===

The 12 so-called "pro-family" legislators who bowed to pressure from

homosexual activists and removed their support from the Parents Rights Bill
(S321) are continuing to sell out.

As we described in our previous email  earlier this month a hardcore
homosexual group, KnowThyNeighbor, began a campaign of lies and hysteria to
pressure the co-sponsors of the Parents Rights Bill to  stop
supporting the bill - and essentially sell out the parents and children they had
promised. Unbelievably, after just 10 days, 12 "good" reps caved in
and (1) officially told the
Senate Clerk to remove their names as co-sponsors and (2) publicly declared that
they no longer support the bill (a few even telling to the radical homosexual
newspaper "Bay Windows").

We've found out the absurd and outrageous lies they told these reps (from
KnowThyNeighbor emails sent to their supporters):`

  1. LIE: The author of the bill is a "Holocaust denier."

  2. LIE: A history teacher could not mention about gays in the Holocaust.

  3. LIE: Students could not watch presidential debates that included questions on 'Don't
    Ask, Don't Tell'.

  4. LIE: US Congressman Barney Frank could be prevented from being a guest speaker.

  5. LIE: A classic novel like "Moby Dick" could be removed from the curriculum for its
    mild references to homosexuality.

  6. LIE: Hate crimes would be off limits in a current events discussion.

These are all complete, outrageous lies about the Parents Rights Bill. But these

legislators never asked us for an explanation. They just caved in.

Here's a video of the homosexual group KnowThyNeighbor in other action.

And it gets worse.

Since then, we've had discussions with some of these legislators and their
staffs. They keep using the lame line that "there are features in the bill we don't like." But
they refuse to be specific. They won't tell us what those "features" are. (We
suspect they
don't want to talk about it because they know how parents feel about these
protections.)

Now we've found out that Reps. Donato, DiNatale, and Evangelitis are planning to
"amend" the Parents Rights Bill
to compromise with the demands of the homosexual
activists! They've admitted this in communications with some of their
constituents, but they so far won't return our calls about it.

This is outrageous. Why should parents have to compromise with homosexual
activists about what their children are taught in the public schools?

TAKE ACTION NOW!

This is important. ALL of these legislators (see list below) need to be

contacted by YOU.

Tell them:

  1. Do NOT insult us by believing the lies from the homosexual activists. (And we
are outraged that they removed their names as co-sponsors.)

  2. Do NOT attempt to amend the Parents Rights Bill (And what "features" don't they
    like about it?)

  3. MAKE A PUBLIC STATEMENT that you support the Parents Rights Bill (S321) in its
current form, and will vote for it.

=== 3.  Next on the homosexual movement's list: Repeal of
Massachusetts "1913 Law" banning marriages to out-of-state couples if that
marriage would be illegal in their home state. Watch out, America! ===

Almost immediately after last week's Constitutional Convention vote, Gov.

Deval Patrick and the legislative leadership announced that they're not stopping
with just homosexual "marriage" in Massachusetts. They want to spread it across
America.

They plan to repeal the so-called "1913 Law" that bans out-of-state couples from
marrying in Massachusetts if that marriage would be illegal in their home state.

Here's the report from the MassResistance Blog:

=== 4.  Major Massachusetts pro-family figure assesses Marriage
movement, Constitutional Convention, & Gov. Romney. ===

R.T. Neary is a former president of Massachusetts Citizens for Life. He is

currently the director of ProLife Massachusetts and has lobbied the Legislature
on several pro-family issues. He was a public school teacher for over 30 years,
and was even a top official in the Massachusetts Teachers Association (back in
the days when it was relatively normal).

Mr. Neary isn't afraid to tell it like it is. His article has already gone around the
country on the Internet:

"Reflections on Flag Day 2007 in Massachusetts: John Adams RIP"
